What is the Albania e-Visa?
The Albanian e-Visa is an online visa issued directly by the Government of Albania through the official portal e-visa.al.
Applicants must complete the visa process online and receive approval before traveling to Albania by air, land, or sea.
At Travel Team Albania, we do not process or issue visas — but we assist travelers who wish to visit Albania by providing a verified invitation letter tied to a confirmed travel package.

Confirm Your Package & Documentation

Issuance of Invitation Letter
After the advance payment and required documents are received, we will issue a formal invitation letter confirming what booked.

Gather Your Documents & Apply
Once your invitation letter is ready, collect all required documents — including your passport, photo, proof of funds, accommodation details, and the invitation letter — and submit your application through the official government portal e-visa.al.

Receive Your Visa & Travel to Albania
After your e-Visa is approved by the Albanian authorities, you’ll receive it by email. Print the document and bring it with you on your trip. Your Albanian adventure officially begins — our team will welcome you upon arrival and assist you throughout your stay.
Confirm Your Package & Request the Invitation Letter
By completing the Design My Trip form, our licensed travel specialists will carefully craft a personalized itinerary that perfectly fits your travel preferences, duration, and budget. Based on your request, we’ll prepare a detailed proposal including the trip cost and all included services.
Once you confirm your package, you will receive an official receipt of payment for proceeding according to your payment method.
Before issuing an official Invitation Letter, Travel Team Albania requires:

💳 A 40 % advance payment of the total trip price.
By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that:

Understand the e-Visa Procedure
(Touristic Visa Type C)
The Touristic Visa (Type C) is a short-stay visa that allows visitors to remain in Albania for up to 90 days within 180 days.
The entire process takes place online through e-visa.al and includes three basic stages:
1️⃣ Apply Online – Complete the form with your personal and travel information.
2️⃣ Verify & Pay – Upload the required documents and pay the official visa fee.
3️⃣ Receive Your Visa – If approved, you’ll get the e-Visa by email to print or show at the border.
Typical processing time: 15 working days (up to 30 days in exceptional cases).

Receive Your Invitation Letter & Complete Your Application
Once your payment and documents are received, we’ll issue a verified Invitation Letter signed and sealed by Travel Team Albania, a licensed Travel Agency and Tour Operator.
You’ll attach this document to your online application on e-visa.al and then await the government’s decision.
Our agency guarantees the authenticity and accuracy of the invitation letter and the package information but cannot influence or guarantee visa approval.
